Flower City Noire Collective invites you to join Your Silence Will Not Protect You: A Black Feminist Study of Identity, Gender & Sexuality, a Reading & Discussion Group sponsored by a Humanities New York Vision/ Action Grant. Using the celebrated writings of Audre Lorde, poet, mother and black feminist, we will discuss the ancestral and contemporary complexities of identity, gender, and sexuality in 6 sessions, that will creatively engage community conversation.
